The hunting lease is in WMU (4W). I saw lots of deer sign and a flock of turkeys on my inspection. This property has a road on the east border. I drove this road and it is heavily posted. The property goes severely uphill from this road. Probably not an access location. The lease on the south-western corner comes to the blacktop and has an established trail that follows the south border a little over halfway to the back of the property then the trail winds back to the north west corner. The trail has been well maintained and made for easy walking. There is some elevation to this property as it goes uphill from both roads to the north-west corner. There is a very nice flat area in the north -west section. The established trail had many rubs and scrapes from last year. There is an old home-made ground blind at the top that is in an excellent location for a ladder stand. This is a big chunk of woods that would provide for many stand locations. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes. There is no location to park a camper.
